How to fix BM622m connected but no browse
Some of my affiliates and pro friends having trouble with their latest modem from globe, it was their WiMax BM622m that says connected but still cannot browse. It usually show when they log-in in their admin GUI look like this:
See? it shows connected, but still cannot browse the web! They keep on asking why this is happen, while they are still under plan 999 at WiMax BM622m. But after a day i ask this at my tech forum if they also facing the same problem for BM622m connected status but cannot not browse. Then one pro told me that it was a DNS error or something. So he suggest me to change the DNS and and poops, it works great!
Tuts How to Change DNS Settings in Windows 8:
- Go to Search
- Type IP
- Click Settings
- Double click View Network Connections
- Now right click and locate to properties
- Go to IPV4 settings
- Find DNS Setting
- Input this: 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
- Click ok
- Done!

- Network Setting
- Properties
- DNS Settings
- Input this: 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
- Hit ok
- Done!
Then go to your favorite browser like Firefox or Chrome and type in www.pinoytechcorner.com if it works fine then your problem with BM622m shows connected but not browsing is solved!
