Another tuts on how to Create online meeting with Outlook Mac. Outlook’s interface in Mac is really different from Windows 7
computer, from navigation bar up to ribbons, it’s really dissimilar. So
you might get confused on creating online meeting with Mac. Be informed
that you must have Outlook for Mac 2011 14.1.3 version at least.
You can check it by opening your Outlook > Help menu > click About Microsoft Outlook. If it’s higher than 14.1.3 version, you should have no issues creating online meeting with Mac. (Screenshot of Outlook Help)

Now if you still can’t create online meeting with Mac, I guess your
Outlook version’s not updated or Lync and Outlook is not integrated to
your exchange server. For us to fix these issues, kindly follow the
steps below:
1. Check first if Lync and Outlook are integrated by the exchange server. By opening Lync -> Preferences -> Account, verify that Microsoft Exchange and Outlook Settings is selected as the user’s personal information manager.
2. Try to create online meeting, by opening Outlook > Home Tab > Meeting > Online Meeting
Note: If it would be the same issue, your MS Outlook / MS Lync might be missing a patch from Microsoft so we need to update it.
3. To check to see if you need to get the latest version of Outlook, on the Help menu, click Check for Updates, click Manually, and then Check for Updates.
4. Close and reopen Outlook and Lync
5. Try to create online meeting, by opening Outlook > Home Tab > Meeting > Online Meeting, and you have no issues creating online meeting with Mac computer.
Done!
