How to Fix IDM 6.21 was Registered with Fake Serial

How to Disable Pop-up "Fake Serial Number" in IDM 6.21 Build 17

Just recently I found out or you must have experienced the annoying and frequent pop ups of

 "This Internet Download Manager has been registered with fake number.". 

Did you dream of removing it completely without installing another software?

 Bypass IDM 6.21 was Registered with Fake Serial:

1. Run regedit
2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\downloadManager
3. Find the name CheckUpdtVM and modify 10 to 0 (that's from ten to ZERO!)
4. Done!
