Note: Make Sure you have an active Mac Address in because that would be used for your WiMAX CPE device Bm625. It should be 2Mbps cause on the process of restoring the default setting of Bm625 will be Blank WAN again.

Repair BM625 Blank WAN

1. Plugin the BM622 CPE with active/connected mac address.

• Login to Graphical User Interface (GUI) as admin http://192.168.1.1
• Go to WiMAX and Security
• Copy the information in this 3 boxes (NAI,User ID,User Password) and save it to notepad this is important!
• Download the configuration file and default configuration file how?
• Login to Web UI as admin http://192.168.1.1
• Go to Maintain, Device and Configuration tab click download and save.
• For the Default Config choose Advance tab click download and save.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT TURN OFF OR USE THE CPE WHEN UPGRADING IT CAN DAMAGE YOUR FIRMWARE

2. Download the Firmware Upgrader from here upgrade your WMAX Bm625 firmware how?

• Login to Graphical User Interface (GUI) as admin http://192.168.1.1
• Go to Maintain, Device and Firmware
• Choose File and Select the Firmware You downloaded before!
• Reboot Device

3. After succeeding firmware upgrade input the mac address of the Bm622 then restoredef and upload the Configuration File and Default Config File how?

• A. Login to Graphical User Interface (GUI) as admin http://192.168.1.1
• B. Go to Maintain, Device and Configuration tab and for the Default Config choose Advance tab
• C. Choose File and Select the Config You downloaded before!
• D. Reboot Device
